Girl Scouts San Diego is committed to fostering and cultivating inclusive, equitable and culturally conscious experiences. We strive for members, volunteers, staff, and diverse communities to see themselves represented, feel welcome, and have a sense of belonging and support. We seek partnerships that support this position and help us realize this commitment across our council.
As a council, we are dedicated to understanding similarities and differences, building equity and relationships, dismantling inequities, and promoting a dialogue of acceptance and respect through Girl Scouts.
We recognize the need for continual growth and are modeling behaviors for our Girl Scouts by engaging in learning opportunities and taking action to improve. While this is not fast or easy, we will continue to live by the Girl Scout Promise and Law and learn alongside our community.
