We are excited to invite all 5th grade Girl Scouts to a funfilled sleepover at our Balboa Campus! This overnight adventure is the perfect opportunity for girls to explore the outdoors, build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy an unforgettable overnight camp experience.
Event Dates
Saturday, February 7 - Sunday, February 8
- Dropoff: Saturday at 10:00 AM
- Pickup: Sunday at 10:00 AM

- Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks on Saturday

Sleeping Accommodations
- Girl Scouts and camp leaders will sleep inside a heated cabin with restrooms
- Each camper will have their own camp mattress
- Campers will bring a sleeping bag or blanket/sheet roll-up to put on top of the mattress
A packing list will be sent with more details, so Girl Scouts know what to bring to this overnight adventure.
Whether your 5th grade Girl Scout is an experienced cabin camper or trying it out for the first time, this sleepover is a perfect way to explore the outdoors, make new friends, and experience the magic of camp life. Come join our first 5th grade Outdoor Club activity!
All parents are invited to participate in a virtual sleepover preparation meeting to meet the camp leaders and ask all your questions on February 4th at 6pm. A link will be sent at a later date for virtual event.
Parents are also invited to stay after dropoff on Saturday, February 7, from 10:00-11:00am to:
- Meet other parents of 5th grade Girl Scouts participating in the Outdoor Club
- Meet our staff who will introduce the newly formed Outdoor Club for 5th Graders, share upcoming opportunities, and answer any questions you may have.
- Take an optional tour of our Balboa camp property
