Join us on this Advanced Backpacking Course Trip to Little Lakes! Open to adults and girls who have completed Wilderness Hiking AND a Basic Backpacking Course. Also required is to have completed CPR and First Aid Training prior to going on this trip. Previous elevation camping/hiking over 10,000 ft is required
This is an easy Advanced Backpacking Course- Short miles with not much elevation gain. Total of 16 miles completed over4 days exploring the Little Lakes Valley.
These dates are required to attend :
Planning Meeting : June 5th 6-8pm
Day Hike at Laguna Meadow: Saturday, June 7th
Day Hike at San Jacinto : Saturday, June 28th
Pack Check : July 24 6-8pm
Trip: July 29- August 4th
Please note all adults must be GS Members, Have a Background Check and Live Scan fingerpring on file with GSSD prior to this trip.
