Girl Scout Voices Count

What is Girl Scout Voices Count?

Girl Scout Voices Count is the annual, national Voice of the Customer survey conducted by the Girl Scout Research Institute (GSRI), a group of researchers who work at Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA). The survey captures the voice of our Movement via three core customer groups: Girl Scouts, parents/caregivers, and volunteers.

What is the purpose of GSVC?

GSVC is used to track national key performance indicators (satisfaction, recommendation, and intent to stay) as well as how our members feel about and experience Girl Scouts. Good or bad, Girl Scouts wants to hear from its members.

Why should I participate in GSVC?

Your feedback and responses help us to improve national programming, grow membership, and provide Girl Scout members with the best possible Girl Scout experience.

When is GSVC?

The troop leader survey is being sent the week of April 3. The Girl Scouts and parents/caregivers survey is being sent the week of April 10.

The surveys will remain open through Sunday, May 7.

Will I receive something for participating in GSVC?

This year, GSUSA is offering to those members who complete the survey, a chance to win one of 20 $50 gift cards for each survey group (Girl Scouts, parents/caregivers, and troop leaders) and 5 $50 gift cards to service unit volunteers.
