Escondido Program Center
Located in the heart of Kit Carson Park, the Escondido Program Center offers a range of services to North County volunteers as well as an additional camping site for the council. Best suited for troop or group camping and day camping, the building is winterized for beginning campers, and the grounds behind the building offer space to tent camp. The facility is secured through fencing and locked gates, and is patrolled by the local police department.
