Volunteer Toolkit

The Volunteer Toolkit 2017-18 calendar will soon open for pre-planning. If your troop is bridging to a new program age level, you’ll see new content for that new level. Your past year’s calendar will be archived for reference.

  • Troop leaders and co-leaders: Your troop’s membership must be renewed in order to see the next year's calendar! Learn how.
  • If you have a multi-age troop, you may need to let us know what program age level materials you prefer to view. Contact Customer Care, (619) 610-0821.

About the Volunteer Toolkit: Troop planning, communication and record-keeping made simple! Girls choose a year plan pre-populated with fun meetings and completely customizable to their interests. Leaders can email troop members right from the Toolkit, and families can see the calendar and year plan. Materials lists and colorful resources are easily printed or shared.

Seamless transition from desktop to tablet to smartphone makes it a breeze to plan and deliver great troop meetings. When girls earn badges and Journey awards, those achievements are recorded in the Toolkit when attendance is marked.

What else can it do? See our Volunteer Toolkit Cheat Sheet, or view these quick tutorial videos.

Log in to the Volunteer Toolkit: Click “My GS” (above right) and use your membership username and password. The Toolkit is available for leaders and co-leaders to customize, and for families to see a read-only version.
