Volunteers are an essential part of the Girl Scout Cookie Program! Troop cookie managers (TCMs) and IRM volunteers can find cookie program essential documents in the eBudde™ Help Center. New and returning TCMs and IRM cookie voluneers, can sign up to complete this year's cookie program training online. Find girl and parent resources on the For Cookie Entrepreneurs page. 

Key Program Dates

November-December: Service unit cookie coordinators (SUCCs) train troop cookie managers

December-January: Troop cookie managers (TCMs) train girls and parents/guardians

January: Service unit cookie kickoffs

Friday, January 10: Initial order due

Saturday, Jan. 25: Troop cookie pickup

Sunday, Jan. 26, 9 a.m.: Cookie program begins!

Monday, Jan. 27: Cookie Cupboards open for troop reorders

Friday, Feb. 7: Cookie booths begin

Friday-Sunday, Feb. 28-March 1: National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend

Sunday, March 8: Cookie program ends

Friday, April 3: Operation Thin MintSM Sendoff Family Festival

May/June: Rewards arrive

Service Unit Cookie Kickoffs

Service Unit Cookie Kickoffs (SUCKOs) are a great way to get girls excited about the cookie program and help them develop 5 skills essential to leadership, success, and life: goal setting, decision-making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Whether you’re incorporating games from the Cookie Kickoff Guide or developing your own activities, get creative, keep it simple, and most of all…have fun!
