Fall Product Program Resources

The 2022 Fall Product Program has begun! Troops and IRMs can earn startup funds to use all year long for uniforms and supplies, and to fund their activities and community projects. Girls also earn fun patches along the way. 

Product Programs Participation Agreement. Complete one online form giving your Girl Scout permission to participate in the fall product and cookie programs. Use the button below. At the end, download and save a copy of the agreement to show your troop fall/cookie manager. 

For Troop Fall Managers
  1. Register for the 2022-2023 Girl Scout membership year.
  2. Confirm you are registered into the troop fall manager role in My GS. If not, contact GSSD customer care at customercare@sdgirlscouts.org.
  3. Complete online training in gsLearn and submit the 2022 Troop Fall Manager Agreement.
  4. Collect girl and troop materials from your service unit fall coordinator (order cards, fall flyers, money envelopes, and receipt book).
  5. Obtain troop banking information from your troop leader or treasurer.
  6. Coordinate a troop meeting to train girls and families and distribute girl materials (order card and fall flyer).
  7. Follow the link sent to your email address starting Monday, Sept. 26 to access the M2 system. Log in, complete M2 system training, and set up your account.
  8. Add or update family email addresses to queue the Parent/Adult Email Blast for your troop; emails will not send until Friday, Sept. 30, but can be sent at any point in the season.

If you have not received an email invitation to access the M2 system by Friday, Sept. 30, confirm you’ve completed steps one through three and then visit gsnutsandmags.com/admin to select “Forgot Password”. If you need further assistance, please contact GSSD customer care.

Getting started:

  • Register for the 2022-2023 membership year.
  • Submit the Product Programs Participation Agreement (button below). Complete one online form giving your Girl Scout permission to participate in the fall product and cookie programs. At the end, download and save a copy of the agreement to show your troop fall/cookie manager.
  • Prepare your customer and email list.
  • Prepare a video for your online website.
  • Follow the link sent to your email address the week of Monday, Oct. 3 to access the new M2OS site.

Didn't get your link on Monday, Oct. 3? Use these steps for access:

  1. Visit gsnutsandmags.com/GSSD. We recommend bookmarking this site.
  2. Click the Register button under First Time User.
  3. Enter your zip code, name, email address, set a password, then click Register.
  4. Enter troop number in the Troop or Group # box; if your troop is not listed, use the "I don't see my troop" option.
  5. Enter your last name and click Search.
  6. Select your Girl Scouts name or "I don't see my name" then enter your Girl Scout's first and last name.
  7. Update your Girl Scout's goal and click Next to proceed.
    • Create your avatar.
    • Send emails to customers.
For IRMs

If your Girl Scout previously participated as an IRM, look out for an email with an invitation to the IRM Training the week of Sept. 10. If your Girl Scout did not previously participate as an IRM, please submit this interest form. You will receive a training link in one business day.

  • Girls can access M2 and send marketing emails

  • Family deadline for entering in-person orders in the M2 system (do NOT re-enter online girl-delivered items).

Wednesday, Oct. 26, 11:59 p.m.

  • Last day for customers to place orders online.

  • Product delivery day

  • Troop funds due in troop bank accounts by end of business day
  • Troop paperwork due to SUFCs

  • Rewards distributed via SUFC (due to ongoing supply chain issues, some rewards may be delayed).

Troop Fall Manager Reward

  • Troop fall managers can earn their own custom avatar patch by sending the Parent/Adult Email Campaigns to the troop and when the troop reaches $1500 in total sales.
  • Troops with $2,000+ in total sales will have access to select one booth shift for the 2023 Girl Scout Cookie Program prior to all other troops.
  • Troops with $2,500+ in total sales will be entered in a drawing to send one troop (two adults and members who participated in fall program) to see Frozen on Broadway.
  • Troops with 50% of members participating in Fall Program will gain an additional entry to send one troop to see Frozen on Broadway.
