How do I place an order with GSSD? Call the shop
Tuesday-Thursday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. or email email@example.com. We
are accepting email order requests 24/7. We will contact you by phone
the following Tuesday through Thursday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to
complete and confirm your order. Do not include credit card
information in your email. Payment will be taken over the phone.
How often is GSSD processing orders? We are processing orders
and payments Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What forms of payment are you accepting? At this time, we are
only accepting credit card purchases over the phone. No cash, checks
will be accepted on site.
How do I schedule my pickup? You will receive a confirmation
email with a link to our scheduler. Select your 15 minute time slot
and you will receive an email confirmation.
How do I let you know that I have arrived? You will text
ARRIVED WITH YOUR NAME to 619-610-0760.
What days are pickups available? Wednesday from 9:45 a.m.-noon
and Thursdays from noon-3 p.m.
Can I pick up from any of the three locations? Not yet! As of
now, pickups will be at the Balboa Campus only.
Can I apply Cookie Bucks to my order? As of now we are not
accepting Cookie Bucks as a form of payment. For more information
please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pay for my order at the time of pickup? No. As of right
now we are only accepting credit card payments via phone confirmation.
Can I do an exchange at the time of pickup? No. As of now to
continue with the health and safety of our staff we will not be
accepting exchanges or returns. Our exchange and refund timelines are
under review for once we return to in-person transactions.
Are there shipping options available? Yes! Shipping fees will
vary and processed on Tuesdays.
Can I still place an order for fun patches? Yes! You can view
the Advantage Emblem Catalog. Email email@example.com to see
the availability and to place your order of the patch.
What if I need to reschedule my pickup time? Please text or
call us at 619-610-0760 to reschedule. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
