 | artFORM Where creative re-use takes shape!
Art FORM (Found Objects Recycled Materials) is a nonprofit 501c3 that provides arts education with creative reuse to schools and the community for little or no cost; makes recycled materials accessible for projects; and helps students discover an art form that promotes ingenuity and creative problem solving. Art FORM's primary goal is for the surplus of clean reusable scraps to meet the deficiency in arts education in both schools and the community. Troops can explore creative re-use materials and the many ways they can be used in projects for school and everyday life. Plus, they'll make a project to take home. Participants are also encouraged to bring recycled materials to sort at workshops for future use by local children and teachers. Art projects (made individually, with a partner or in a small group) vary, based on materials and group-skill level. Art FORM was founded by Erin Pennell, Teaching Artist, and owner of The Rare Hare Studio.
