Fall Sale 2016

Welcome to the 2016 Fall Sale! The Girl Scout Fall Sale is a “friends and family” sale that provides our troops and Individually Registered Members (IRMs) with the opportunity to earn start-up funds for the new Girl Scout membership year. All proceeds stay in San Diego and Imperial counties to benefit local Girl Scouts.

Troops and IRMs earn funds for their activities and community projects, while the council’s proceeds support events, programs, volunteer training, camps and facilities, plus the financial assistance that keeps Girl Scouting available and affordable for all. Through this program activity, girls develop five key skills they will be able to use throughout their lives:

   Goal Setting

   Decision Making

   Money Management

   People Skills

   Business Ethics

Troops, contact your service unit fall coordinator (SUFC) to get started, or contact us for online training. If your troop isn't participating, but you want to — or if you're an IRM — contact us. Tuesday, Oct. 25 is the last day to begin online training.

Friday, Sept. 30            Sale begins

Thursday, Oct. 20        Girl delivery product orders due at

Thursday, Nov. 3          Last day to order shipped delivery at
                               by 9 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 12         Delivery day

Friday, Dec. 2                Troop funds due in troop banks accounts by end
                                        of business day (IRMs deposit directly into
                                        Girl Scouts San Diego’s Wells Fargo account)

                                        Troop paperwork due to SUFC

January                           Patches are distributed via SUFC
