Ways to Give

What is Share?
“Share” is our annual family giving campaign which shares the magic of Girl Scouting with all girls here in San Diego and Imperial counties. With the help of our service units, we raise money to make Girl Scouting available to all girls, regardless of their ability to pay.

Each service unit sets a Share fundraising goal on October 1, when the new membership year begins. Donations made by members of that service unit by September 30 will count towards the goal.

Share patches can be purchased for a suggested donation of $15. The patch is also earned through troop or service unit events such as a craft bazaar; the funds raised may be used to purchase patches.

Calling all Girl Scouts! Submit your design for the 2025 Share patch, showing the concepts of generosity, sharing, and caring – because Girl Scouts care for each other. You can draw your design using the form link or on a sheet of white paper. Be sure to include your name, grade, troop, and service unit numbers, as well as your parent's name, phone, and email. The deadline to submit your design is Friday, June 7, 2024. The winning design will be announced on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. Please note: The winning concept may be altered slightly for embroidery purposes.
