Everything girls do in Girl Scouting is designed to help them grow into leaders of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. As the troop leader, your job is to guide your troop through the learning experiences built into the cookie program. The 5 skills (goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics) girls learn through the cookie program are an important ingredient in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
