The forms on this page are intended for parents who have received confirmation of camp enrollment.

You are responsible for all confirmation information listed on this site, your campers success at camp depends on your preparation.

Camper Planning Guide
PRINT this document. This planning guide will help you and your camper prepare for her adventure! You and your camper are responsible for all the information in this booklet and her success at camp depends on your preparation. Bunk 1

Bunk1's secure, easy to use, summer website services let you stay in touch with your camper all summer. View photos of your camper and purchase prints and downloads. Send personalized letters to your camper with customizable stationery. Girl Scouts receives a portion of proceeds from your order. To get started, choose your daughter's camp: Winacka or Whispering Oaks. Click Register Now and fill out the basic information. Enter the appropriate pre-approved security code provided in your confirmation e-mail. If your daughter is attending two different programs you will need to set up separate accounts for each program.

Resident Camp Mandatory Forms

PRINT and return these document as directed below. Please note: We are no longer requiring parents to complete a Health Exam form. However, in order to best serve and keep safe our campers, Girl Scouts San Diego reserves the right to request a health exam for any camper.

• Resident Camp Health History Form
  Camper will be unable to attend camp unless form has been completed. Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Historial de Salud y Autorización para Tratamiento Médico
  Si la forma no está completa la campista no podrá asistir al campamento. Por favor envié la forma lo más pronto posible, a más tardar tres semanas antes de que empiecen las sesiones.
• Resident Camp Medication Record
  Print this form and bring it with you to the bus stop or to camp if camper is not riding bus.

PRINT these documents if your camper is registered for the following:

• Backpacking
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Can You Canoe?
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Canoe Adventure
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Climb & Canoe
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Climb It
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Counselor In Training 1
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Counselor In Training 2
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Horse Camp
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Mtn. Riders
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Packs & Paddles
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Pirates 'n' Parrots
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
• Surviving Winacka
  Due ASAP, no later than 3 weeks before the start of the session.
