Ordering Tickets
How/where can we purchase
tickets?
Forms can be submitted in person at
Balboa, Escondido or North Coast council stores or by mail or fax.
Can we pick our seats?
No, tickets will be assigned based
on ticket category, first come, first served, following the Girl
Scout Law; I will do my best to be honest and fair.
Can tickets be purchased online?
No, for this event all tickets must
be ordered using the paper form. The Girl Scout database is not set
up to handle the complicated process of assigning individual seats.
Orders will be entered into our database after payment is received in
our shops.
Can we submit our order form by
email?
Payment must company all orders and
our system is set up to block emails containing credit card
information. For these security reasons, we cannot accept forms by
email.
Can we order terrace ($17.50)
and lower level/loge ($23.50) tickets on the same form?
Yes, BUT different priced seats
will be in different areas of the building. Be certain to have enough
seats in each group for proper girl/adult ratio.
If a girl(s) join our troop
close to Cookie Rally, how do we add additional seats to our order?
We do not have the ability to add
additional tickets to an order once it is processed. If you need to
purchase tickets for new/additional girls, you must use a separate
order form. Seating for the new order will be located in a different
area, please remember to include an adult chaperone.
If we mail or fax our order,
will we get a receipt?
Once the order is entered in our
database you will receive an email confirmation, depending on order
volume this may take up to three weeks. Your payment receipt will be
enclosed with the event packet which will contain tickets, parking
pass, patches and detailed event information.
Financial Assistance
Is financial assistance
available?
Yes, financial assistance is
available for the terrace level ($17.50) seating. It is limited to
Girl Scout girl members only.
How do we submit a request for
financial assistance?
When submitting the order, mark the
number of paid tickets and the number requesting financial assistance
in the appropriate spaces. Attach a separate sheet of paper with a
list of names of girls requesting financial assistance. Purchasers
will be contacted with any concerns by council staff.
Order Delivery
What’s the latest we can
order tickets to receive them by mail?
Orders at a council store must be
receipted by Thurs., Jan. 10, 5:00 p.m. to be mailed to the
purchaser. Mailed and faxed forms items must be received (not
postmarked) the same date.
How will we receive our event
package (tickets, parking pass, etc.)?
Event packet will be mailed using
the US Postal Service delivery confirmation service.
How do we get our tickets if we
order after Jan. 10?
Tickets purchased after Jan. 10,
5:31 p.m. must be picked up at the Balboa Campus on Thurs., Jan. 24
between noon–4 p.m. at Florence Burnham Hall.
Why do we have to pick up
tickets purchased after Jan. 10 at the Balboa Campus on Jan. 24?
We want to be certain everyone has
their tickets on show day! It takes time to process payment, assign
tickets, and pack all the items included in the event packages
properly. If we sent them through the mail, additional time would be
added to enter packages into the confirmation delivery system,
possibly delaying delivery until after the event.
Can we pick up tickets on the
day of show at Valley View Casino Center?
We have arranged pickup at our
Balboa Campus because parking is included in the event cost and every
car needs to have a parking pass before they enter the parking lot.
Parking is controlled by ACE
parking. Every car entering the parking lot on Jan. 24 must either
present a parking pass or will be required to pay for parking, no
exceptions. They/we will not reimburse parking payments.
What happens if our tickets are
lost, damaged or misplaced?
This year ticket delivery will be
tracked using the United States Post Office’s delivery
confirmation service. Please treat your tickets same as cash, they
cannot be reissued if they are lost, damaged or misplaced.
Caution–Tickets exposed to
high heat (left in the sun on the car dashboard) will turn black and
become unreadable and therefore unusable. Please protect your tickets
and keep them in a safe place.
