Positions available:
Adventure Zone Facilitator (Part-time) 
The Adventure Zone Facilitator will manage all aspects of adventure zone activities for each group attending the Adventure Zone. The facilitator will create an experience for each group based on needs assessment, progression and group goals. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours a week).
Bus Coordinator (Escondido) (Temporary, Part-time) 
The purpose of the Bus Coordinator is to ensure safe, accurate camper drop-off and pick-up at specified times and locations.
Camp Director - Whispering Oaks (Temporary) 
Under moderate supervision, oversee an effective resident camp program (Camp Whispering Oaks). Responsible for hiring and managing resident camp staff and campers. Supports all program pathways and ensures the GSLE is consistent throughout the Council. Implements and directs programs and secures appropriate locations in compliance with Girl Scouts of The USA (GSUSA), Council, American Camp Association (ACA), state, local and federal laws, policies and procedures. This is a temporary position
Customer Service Representative - Camp (Temporary, Part-time) 
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative - Camp Registrar is to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of membership registration forms entry for camp participants as well as other ancillary administrative tasks.
Development Associate (Part-time) 
The Development Associate has the primary responsibility for helping support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Individual Giving Program. She/he will be responsible for developing new relationships and cultivating existing ones with individuals, institutional donors, corporations and prospects. Working independently, the Development Associate makes personal visits, conducts face-to-face and written solicitations, edits proposals and reports, and initiates group meetings for donors and prospects. Principal duties include: working closely with the volunteer leadership of the program and the Director of Fund Development to support fundraising activities.
Executive Assistant (Non-exempt, Part-time) 
The Executive Assistant works as part of a team to provide diversified administrative and staff support services of a confidential and responsible nature to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position ensures the success of the CEO's professional life. In addition, this position provides direct administrative support to the CEO and the Board of Directors for council governance issues. She/he will maintain the workflow of the executive office during CEO's absence
Fund Development Administrator 
The Fund Development Administrator takes a proactive role in the identification, qualification, and
tracking of major gift prospects and current donors.
Program Specialist - Arts and Culture 
To develop, implement and evaluate innovative program opportunities and materials for girls ages 5-17 including a focus on Arts and Culture.
