Three-tiered pricing
Our flexible three-tiered payment program lets you choose the best fee for your family. Based on the honor system, it helps keep Girl Scout camps available to every girl, regardless of her family's financial situation. This program is completely confidential. Each camper participates equally, regardless of the fee she pays.
- Tier A prices cover the true cost of providing camp for a girl. Please pay Tier A prices whenever possible so we can continue to provide highly qualified staff and relevant programs at well-maintained camps.
- Tier B prices partially subsidize fees for families unable to pay the entire cost.
- Tier C prices are heavily subsidized for families unable to pay Tier A or B prices.
- Financial assistance is available for those who cannot afford Tier C.
Refund Policy
- If a camper is not placed in any of her listed choices, all fees (including the $50 deposit) are refunded at end of camp season.
- If you cancel your camper's session, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Refunds (less deposit) only available three weeks or more prior to start of session.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing.
Financial Aid
"Camperships" are available for families that need supplementary funds to send a girl to camp. Aide is based on each family's circumstances. Each camper may apply for financial assistance for up to two camp sessions per year. Applicants must reapply every year. To request aid:
- Mail, fax, or deliver the financial assistance application with camp registration form and $25 deposit. No online applications.
- Wait for your acceptance notification. If the camper is not granted financial assistance or is placed on a wait list, the deposit will be returned.
