Purchase your tickets now, and stay tuned for more news.

Calling all cookiebosses
Meet the 2015 Girl Scout Cookie Program mascot: This cheerful cheetah is super cute and super fast, and she needs a name! Vote for your favorite; survey closes Tuesday, July 15.

You Can Be … a Producer: Registration now open
Girls in grades 8-12: Go behind the scenes with Cox Channel 4 and experience each step of the production process. On Wednesday, Aug. 13, 9:30 a.m.-noon, film in front of a green screen to make a Girl Scout PSA; return Wednesday, Aug. 27 to help edit your work — and meet Cox Communications’ female executives, who will share tips for successful careers. Register online. Contact: Anne Bader, (619) 610-0714

New community partner: Bootique Fitness
The Zumba Kids program teaches children that exercise is fun with easy moves and confidence-inspiring music. Kids build fitness and coordination at classes for their age group — grades K-5, 6-8 or 9-12. See current schedule, or contact Jaylin Allen, (619) 602-8087 to request an event for your troop. Cost varies.

Fight the bite … and earn a patch!

Mosquitoes don’t just bug you — they can carry diseases that make you sick. Play Hazard Hunt, developed by our partners at the Vector Control Program, to learn how you can prevent these icky insects from gathering around your home. Earn the patch: After you complete the game and print your certificate, contact Rea de la Cruz, (619) 610-0739, with your name, mailing address, and required number of patches (available on a first come, first served basis).
